Responsibilities:

 - Study customers’ electronic business document specifications and perform requirements analysis

- Communicate customers’ requirements clearly to internal development teams and project stakeholders

- Develop maps for electronic data transformation

- Design and set up workflow for electronic documents processing

- Conduct UAT with trading partners before product implementation

- Prepare project documentation

- Assist daily transaction failure trouble-shooting

- Provide technical support to Profession Services Team on customers’ enquires

- Assist in ad hoc projects or duties when required

Requirements 

• Degree holder in Business or IT disciplines, preferably in Supply Chain Management/ Information System/ Computer Science
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in supply chain spectrum, preferably experience gained in retail/logistics/E-Commerce
• Minimum 1 year experience of Customer Relationship Management
• Good presentation skills at both operational and management levels
• Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills with attention to details
• Being able to translate technical issues to non-technical audience and vice versa
• Immediately available is preferred
