Responsibilities:

• Manage regional projects and be the key person to negotiate and liaise with project sponsors / owners to define project scope, resources requirements, planning, quality, risk and change management plans
• Define clear roles and responsibilities for project team members and develop strategy to ensure efficient resources planning and allocation
• Oversee project implementation, delivery and closure to ensure projects are delivered within pre-defined quality and standard
• Manage all the issues and changes arisen during project run
• Manage and coach project members whenever necessary

Requirements:

• Degree in any IT disciplines
• 3 years or above experience of project management
• Solid experience on business changes management and communication across departments and functions within the organization
• Experience in social welfare sector, ICT or project management would be an advantage.
• Solid experience of managing regional projects and multiple vendors are essential
• Experience in change management in large scale projects is highly preferable
• Certified PMP, PRINCE or equivalent industrial qualification is a plus;
• Experience in System Infrastructure Design, Solution Implementation and IT Sharing Services & Data Centre Services Management
• Understanding of full project lifecycle for large scale ERP system implementation.
• Excellent client consulting skills including presentation, documentation and writing
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English
