Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project champions, user representatives to define project scope and confirm user requirements for major business improvement initiatives
- Perform detailed project planning, manage project execution, monitor project resources and ensure project delivery on time and on budget
- Coordinate with design and development teams on requests priority, SIT, UAT and deployment support activities across monthly releases
- Facilitate the diagnostics and resolution of reported issues during and after project implementation
- Evaluate project risk, status review and provide regular status report to ensure all activities are on track
- Effective communications of project delivery expectations to stakeholders, collaboration of cross-functional teams to achieve committed service delivery
- Ensure that responsible projects are managed well in accordance with agreed standards, methodology and control procedures
- Prepare reports for management review, proposal and presentation documents as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent
- Over 5 years working experience in IT with 2 years as Project Manager
- PMP qualification is preferred
- Excellent English communication skills in verbal, written and report writing. Mandarin speaking is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and people skills, good business acumen with strong understanding of business process and cross-functional integration
- Able to cope with tight project schedule and demonstrate the flexibility to work under dynamic environment
- Occasional travel may be required for this global projects implementation role
