Job Responsibilities:

-          Responsible for reception duties such as handling incoming calls, greeting visitors and managing reception area

-          Manage conference room booking arrangement

-          Register incoming letters/parcels and organize outgoing courier packages

-          Provide administrative and clerical support

Job Requirements:

-          F.5 graduate or above with minimum 3 years of relevant experience

-          Good telephone manner & communication skills

-          Fluency in spoken Putonghua, Cantonese and English is necessary

-          Good PC knowledge in Chinese Word Processing , Word and Excel

-          Candidates with less experience will also be considered
