Responsibilities

• Responsible for IT daily operations;

• Provide on-site technical support to users;

• System, software, hardware, and networking troubleshooting;

• Coordinate with all relevant parties;

• Prepare procedures and documentations;

• System projects management and implementation.

Requirements

• Degree holder, major in computer science/Information systems or related discipline;

• Relevant experience in information systems and customer supports;

• Knowledge in database server (e.g., MS SQL Server) administration and network infrastructure;

• Self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure;

• Good command of English and Chinese with Mandarin an added advantage.

• Immediate available is highly preferred;

• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
