EIRE Systems is looking for a Help Desk Administrator to join our team in Hong Kong. We're looking for an outgoing and proactive candidate who will be able to work with very limited guidance.

■ Role

To provide daily operational, telephone and technical support as well as troubleshooting services to clients in a proactive and professional manner

■ Responsibilities

• Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support to clients on the phone
• Handle Help Desk Phone Hotline and assist client enquires
• Collect relevant details and log all incident and request cases on the call logging system
• Keep customers informed on request status, progress and then update the case
• Close the request upon confirmation with users
• Handle E-mail System administration
• Handle Purchase Orders

■ The person

• Customer-service oriented
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013 including Word formatting and Excel
• Windows 7
• Microsoft SCCM deployment
• Experience in legal applications a plus 
• Desktop / laptop skills, ability to set up devices for new starters and relocation within the office
• Good knowledge of iPhone, iPad and Blackberry products. Ability to activate through iTunes and Blackberry server and troubleshoot
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Good verbal troubleshooting skills
• Able to multi-task

■ Requirements

• At least 2-year Call Center, or Customer Service related experience
• Helpdesk Technical Support experience
• Excellent English - spoken and written
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

■ Education

• Diploma holder or above in preferably Computer Science/Information Systems or related disciplines
