Customer Services Officer (Insurance) | MoneyHero | Hong Kong

Your Tasks:

• Handle phone-in enquiries
• Develop new/existing customers to generate insurance business for the company.
• Coordinate with teammates to provide timely and quality services to our customers
• Manage sales service performance on day-to-day quotation enquiries

Your Profile:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in an insurance outbound call centre
• Holder of IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 or relevant qualifications
• Experience in handling customer enquiries
• Good customer service skill, communication skill and telephone manner
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment
• Fluency in Cantonese and English
• Aggressive and influencing sales and relationship building skills
• Keen interest in joining the insurance sector especially general insurance
• Familiar with General Insurance products
