We provide an intensive and comprehensive training program to the Management Trainees in our factory located in Dongguan, China. During the training period, Trainees will be assigned to different departments in our production plant to get familiarized with basic knowledge of our products, production operations in yarn dyeing, knitting, fabric dyeing and finishing as well as handling customers' orders.

Upon successful completion of the training, they will be assigned to Services team subject to their capability and performance, to further develop their career. Their responsibilities will be as follows:

• Responsible for coordinating with customers and production departments to take and follow up orders
• Monitor production progress and related arrangements according to customers’ requirements
• Maintain good relationship with customers and provide excellent service to customers 

Requirements 

• Fresh University graduates
• Willing to develop the career in the textile industry
• Hard working, responsible, good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work well under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Candidates with 1-2 years of working experience will also be considered
• Stationed in Dongguan is required
