• University Degree holder with minimum 15 years Woven Garment Merchandising experience for USA Market, 8-10 years in a supervisory role
• Strong in USA market with analytical skills and sound technical knowledge for both of Woven and Knit garments. Wal-Mart USA and Canada experience is desired but not required
• Proficiency in product development, sourcing, costing, market analysis, supplier strength & capabilities
• Excellent leadership skills, strong organizational and communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Excellent supplier and vendor relationship management skills
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Advanced level Excel, Access and Microsoft Office
