The job is based in our HK office and you will be part of our expanding team in purchasing & logistics.

Job Description - Reporting to the office manager role encompasses

• Working with suppliers on customers requirements
• Ordering to requirements and managing orders
• Purchase specifications
• Reducing cost prices through supply chain management
• Working closely with production, to ensure that customers specifications are met
• Managing costs
• Shipping co-ordination
• Managing samples
• Exhibition coordination

Any applicant should have:

• At least 2-3 years experience of a purchasing role
• Good Excel and Word skills
• Excellent communication (Both English and Putonghua)
• Be able to work as part of a team
• A proven record of achievement in this role
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Be self motivated
• Good references
