Key Responsibilities:-

• Work with Vendors to identify and deliver cost savings, both production and full end to end Supply Chain /logistics costs
• Ensure strategic and operational review meetings are taking place with key vendors, particularly poor performers, for improvement
• Produce and review monthly supply chain KPI reports, and ensure action plans are in place with poor performing vendors
• Continually educate vendors on company’s supply chain principles and processes so as to enable them to deliver to requirements, and also to take costs out of their business
• Monitor order process to ensure timely and efficient operations, in line with the business KPI’s and customer requirements.
• Ensure outstanding orders and shipments are continually monitored and actioned
• Deliver effective supply chain solutions to help drive costs and stock out of the end to end supply chain, and increase efficiencies

Requirements:-

• Degree Holder preferably either in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or business studies
• At least 5 years solid experience in supply chain management and manufacturing preferably in import-export supply chains
• Knowledge of production /lean manufacturing /cost saving initiatives /demand planning & forecasting
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• High numerate and PC literacy
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills, good time & project management skills and good communication & influencing skills
• Flexible to business travel
