A. Responsibilities

• To responsible for centralized procurement, purchasing and supply management functions in the areas in equipment, facility and raw materials in printing industry
• Constantly review and recommend effective and fast-retrievable internal procurement and purchasing information systems for user-departments in obtaining quotations or biddings, or to provide professional services to user-departments
• To develop, maintain and up-date existing data for products/suppliers/services as well as to identify and analyse potential products/suppliers vendors; and
• To source new vendors & suppliers and build up effective supply management networks and systems

B. Requirements

• Tertiary education or professional qualification in Purchasing/Procurement or Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• At least 8 years relevant experience, has demonstrated track records of experience and expertise in China & HK sourcing or procurement in printing or paper industry is a must
• Strong knowledge and negotiation skills in purchasing of raw materials, sourcing, purchasing, cost & inventory control especially in a PRC operating environment
• Knowledge in ERP system and ISO certification to formulate and execute purchasing plan
• Fluent in both English & Chinese and with excellent fluency in Mandarin
• Proficiency in database, Access, Excel or related supply management software
• Stationed in Shenzhen factory and immediate available is preferred
