Primary Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist in develop and execute strategic communication plans to enhance company awareness and manage deliverable timelines. Participate in, and may lead, project production meetings, and ongoing content review and editing with subject matter experts
• Draft, review, edit, proof-read and handle translation for marketing materials and collaterals in line with the corporate communications strategy and support corporate business needs and initiatives
• Maintain and provide content management for company social media platforms and website content, monitor and analysis online platforms statistic
• Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, corporate newsletter content
• Maintain a strong network of media contacts, handle media pitching,manage media monitoring, reporting and other related functions
• Identify media opportunities to promote the company’s business
• Develop internal communication programs; uplift corporate culture and values to drive organizational excellence
• Drive and execute effective customer communications
• Work closely with the marketing team to support other marketing projects and activities

Desired Skills and Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field

Work Experience: Minimum 4 years professional experience in corporate communications, media, PR field, preferably with PR agency

Tools/Resources: Proficiency in MS Microsoft computer applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and e-mail skills required. Knowledge of graphic design basics and web publishing tools is an advantage

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Solid writing, editing and proofreading skills in English and Chinese at native level is a MUST, with the ability to translate broad concepts into understandable messages
• Excellent in marketing and PR writing skills
• Responsible and able to produce high quality work under tight deadlines
• Experience managing printed and online communications (knowledge of design and printing processes)
• Social media savvy and well-versed on all established and emerging social networking platforms
• Online marketing, social media and agency account servicing experience a plus
• Organizational agility to get things done both through formal channels and informal networks. An ability to orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work with complex issues and use logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
• Good team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Proactive, accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in yachting industry or familiar with sailing scene is an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
