The Senior Marketing Executive will be in charge of the planning, implementation, coordination and optimization of all shopping site channels for cosme-de.com. As an independent and pro-active problem solver, this person will help to build the company’s brand image and awareness as well as expanding customer base and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage existing accounts, report performance, review and optimize all campaigns to improve ROI
• Evaluate, plan and set up new channels according to company’s business objectives
• Plan and monitor budget, develop and execute marketing strategies accordingly
• Identify new opportunities for further exposure
• Analyze and optimize traffic to expand sales and drive new customers
• Collaborate with internal and external parties for campaign optimization
• Plan and arrange features & contents for all campaigns to align with company’s promotion calendar
• Proactive, creative and sensitive to current beauty trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Statistics or related field
• 2-4 years digital marketing experience, less experience will be also considered as Marketing Executive
• Familiar with data feed structure would be an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English
• Proficiency in Excel is preferred
• Analytical mindset, good at numbers
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Experience in health & beauty industry is preferred
