Responsibilities:

• Follow up purchase orders and delivery management.

• Assist SZ Sales to achieve sales target and fulfill business partners’ request.

• Cost negotiation mainly with Japanese vendors.

• Assist in building and expanding the business relationship with key business partners.

• Analyze customers’ request from SZ sales and summarize to Japanese Vendors.

• Assist in projects follow-up and work independently.

• Around 1~2 times daily trip to SZ office per week.

Requirements:

• F.7 or above

• Over 3 years’ experience in sales or sales supporting role, preferably in Electronics field. Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Sales coordinator.

• Self-motivated, aggressive, outgoing, hardworking, well-organized, responsible and able to work independently.

• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

• Good team player and customer oriented.

• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Fluent Japanese is required for the post of Japanese sales coordinator.

• Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Word, Power point and Excel).
