Key Responsibilities

• Provide high level of administrative support to the Department
• Liaise with aircraft manufacturers for progression & monitor delivery schedules
• Arrange flight tickets and hotel accommodations for delivery projects
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors and manufacturers to ensure customer satisfactions
• Assist in customer visits and presentations, handle customers’ enquiries
• Maintain and built up good business relationship with customers
• Assist in product catalogue, design and coordination 
  
  

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 3 years’ of working experience, preferably in aviation industry
• Prior experience in brand building will be an added advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Chinese word processing
• Independent, well-organized, able to work under pressure and attentive to details
• Frequent travel to China is required
