Job Description: 

• Provide professional administrative and executive support services to the Director
• Develops integrated positioning strategies to ensure maximum brand exposure
• Assistant in media relations and marketing activities’ planning support and execution to strengthen the brand image and build company awareness
• Promote awareness of the brand via social media and ecommerce platforms
• Assist in planning business projects and monitoring progress
• Preparation of business correspondence, report and presentation materials
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication and smooth operation
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in business administration or marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin. Japanese Speaking will be advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Outgoing, dynamic and willing to interact with different people
• Mature, smart, Self-organized and able to work under pressure
• Occasionally travel is required
