Role Summary:
This role is responsible to lead, develop, implement and review the digital marketing activities in order to enhance company branding and boost business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement annual media planning that meets the marketing objectives; execute the plan on target and on budget
- Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing technologies and trends, identify possible opportunities to implement such new technologies
- Lead the development of the company’s website, e-newsletter, blogs and social media platforms, driving online marketing activities
- Have strong connection networks with external parties for all campaigns to cultivate and grow customer base
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research to understand company positioning
- Provide support in the execution of marketing or customer relationship management campaigns and functions
Requirements:
- Degree in Communication, Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ working experience, preferably gained from creative / digital / design agency
- Strong marketing sense and great passion for Internet industry
- Extensive knowledge of online marketing strategies and technologies
- Capable to handle multi-tasks and independent in a fast-paced environment
- A good team player with solid interpersonal skill to deal with both internal parties and external partners including sales, agencies, production house and designers
- Strong organization skills and able to meet tight timeline
- Detail-minded, energetic, proactive and creative
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
