    Role Summary:

    The role is to lead marketing team to develop, implement and review the above-the-line and below-the-line marketing activities so as to enhance company branding and boost business growth.


     

    Responsibilities:

    • As a member of the leadership team, work with the Hong Kong Sales Director on all corporate marketing & communication activities of the different brands in the Group.
    • Drive brand image development for the Group, including building brand awareness for our new lines as well as revamping and upgrading the brand positioning of our main line.
    • Implement regular marketing initiatives & promotional activities to maintain brand image & drive sales, including the management of customer loyalty programs.
    • Maintain good relationship with local & international media and with the community to develop meaningful marketing and advertising plans. Coordinate with external parties including NGOs, universities and PR firms for joint promotion campaigns.
    • Prepare and control marketing plans & budget.
    • Build, lead and groom Corporate Marketing Team. Oversee, lead and direct marketing teams from different markets to perform marketing activities that support the Group’s image and business.
    • Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research as necessary to understand company positioning

     

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Marketing or Business related disciplines
    • 15 years relevant experience in marketing, of which 8 years must be in a managerial capacity.  Experience in 4A agency and retail industry is a must
    • Strong experience in brand building & turnaround
    • Strong media relationship
    • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
    • Excellent presentation and project management skills, strong in data analysis
    • Strategic thinking, creative, ability to think outside-the-box, analytical mind, mature, and self-motivated
