Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate annual sales plan by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Establish regional sales and marketing goals and objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume in support of the company’s overall direction.
• Maintain sales volume, fine tune product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
• Effectively communicate between external parties and internal functional units to ensure execution of sales & marketing programs.
• Manage the sales administration function, develop sales and sales support staff.
• Provide operational performance reporting and advise senior management on maximizing business relationships.
• Explore new opportunities for business expansion and growth.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Degree holder in business, marketing or related discipline.
• 6 years or above solid sales and marketing management experience in hard goods, preferably toys.
• Experience with licensed product.
• Extensive retailer contacts is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent written & spoken English.
• Frequent travel to Mainland and other Asia regions.
