Responsibilities

• Manage the entire e-commerce platform, daily operations, pre-sales and after-sales customer services.
• Responsible for product content management includes product upload, product photo shooting, photo retouch, compose product description and pricing as well as conduct market research
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns but not limited to email marketing, online social media marketing and search engine marketing

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of e-commerce experience
• Possess strong sense and knowledge of ecommerce market trend
• Previous work experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media marketing and mobile marketing) is an absolute advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and Photoshop
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Independent and can manage multi-task
