Responsibilities:

• Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations;
• source advertising opportunities and placing ads in medias – local and specialist publications;
• manage and prepare production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, etc.;
• arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials;
• maintain and update customer databases;
• organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
• contribute to and develop marketing plans and strategies;
• evaluate marketing campaigns;
• support the marketing manager and other colleagues.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in marketing, communications, languages or related fields;
• At least 3 year working experience in marketing communication, advertising field or related fields;
• Attentive to details, self-motivated, responsible, creative, organized and good communication skills;
• Good knowledge of PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese WP), Adobe Photoshop & illustrator;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
