Job Responsibilities

• Manage and Handle customers’ feedback and complaints with professional manner and proactively follow up with related parties for services enhancement
• Work with Team-mates
• Closely communicate with internal department for the case investigation and follow up with the customers proactively
• Produce actionable management and analysis reports to review and report customer voices, service issues and business initiatives
• Monitor the complaint handling process are resolved according to company guidelines and enhance the complaint handling practice and strategy
• Assist the Manager on delivering on-the-job training and coaching to teammates in order to enhance the skill set and performance of the team
• Monitor complaint handling processes to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards

Job Requirement:

• High Diploma or  above in any discipline
• 5 years solid experience in customer service and complaint handling
• Customer oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a MUST
• Positive, passionate, self-motivated, patience, able to work independently and under pressure
• Basic knowledge in Internet, MS Office (MS Word, Excel, lPowerPoint) and proficient in Chinese Word Processing
