Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with major in business or related disciplines such as advertising, marketing, etc.
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience, preferably in the advertising industry
• Strong interest in both online & offline advertising industry
• Excellent communication, language and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills with high level of business acumen
• Out-going, responsible, self-motived, detail-minded, result-oriented, able to work independently & under pressure
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-going and proactive clients acquisition
• Achieve and exceed assigned target and objectives
• Create demands for clients and provide appropriate both online & offline advertising solutions to satisfy the demands
• Sales development, client relationship building and team management are included as crucial part of responsibilities
• Develop medium to long-term customer growth strategies to achieve sales pipeline, targets and customer retention
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments when required
