Our client is a Japan-based company in Hong Kong. Now they are looking for a high caliber candidate to fill the vacancy:

Responsibilities 

• Manage the marketing team to execute marketing strategies, to implement the set programs and to achieve the marketing goals
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities
• Keep close contact with sakes teams and China offices to monitor on – going marketing activities plus up – to – date market information
• Manage the marketing budget to ensure the effective and economical allocation of resources
• Select, manage and evaluate performance of external vendors and agencies
• Motivate and provide guidance and training in marketing expertise to team members

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in Marketing
• 5 years marketing / brand management experience in FMCG with at least 3 years of managerial experience
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, attentive to details with the ability to work under pressure
• Good PC skills (MS words, excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and spoken skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Travelling is required
