- Minimum 8 years' merchandising experience in the relevant item, of which 4 years at the same level
- Strong in product development & production follow-up
- Experienced in dealing with US buyers
- Experienced in handling ladies' & girls' sweater for high fashion brands
- Good product knowledge
- Trading or buying office background with manufacturing exposure is preferable
- Good command of spoken & written English and able to communicate in Mandarin
- Good communication, planning, analytical and leadership skills
- Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Frequent travel to PRC
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Merchandising Manager
