Job Function:

 1, Oversee purchasing, material management and the corresponding logistic flow

2, Develop and implement the strategic purchasing and material management plans

3, Perform bench marking, cost analysis and negotiate pricing

4, Identify and evaluate cost saving opportunities and drive implementation

5, Communicate with counterpart across the group to the group to identify the material. Component and product needs

6, Evaluate and monitor suppliers performance to ensure quality, safety standards and schedules are meet  

Requirements:

1. Degree in Materials or Procurement Management or related disciplines
2. At least 8 years referent procurement management experience, with minimum 3 years in a managerial position
3. Experience in electronic components, medical devise, stamping, plastic, motor products Industrial is an advantage
4. Resourceful, energetic and competent to competitive environment
5. Good command of written English and Chinese ( Cantonese and Putonghua)
6. Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, interpersonal skilsl
7. Strong organization and planning skills
8. Station in Ping Wu Plant
