Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the sourcing/purchasing team to support R&D on various ODM/OEM projects, including consumer electronics, power electronics and plastics products
• Plan, source, negotiate & contracting of goods and raw material sourcing and monitor cost control and inventory control
• Develop strong relationship with related parties to ensure proper and smooth operations
• To perform benchmarking, cost analysis, and price negotiation
• Assuring the technical specifications comply with international safety and quality standards with suppliers
• Competent in sourcing and negotiating with the right suppliers and monitor their performance to the satisfaction of the company
• To track KPIs for developing supplier scorecard reports
• To work closely with product development team, engineering team, production team, quality assurance team, product marketing team, as well as management to define merchandising requirements

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering/Purchasing/Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• Minimum 6+ years sourcing or merchandising experience in electronics accessories/ plastics buying / metals with solid experience in capacity planning, product development, costing, sourcing and placement are a must
• Strong sourcing network in sourcing Electronic / Plastics components, parts, and raw materials
• Good command of PC software including Excel, MS Word, Chinese word processing, etc
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
• Less experience will consider as an Assistant Supervisor
• Station in PRC (Shenzhen District)
