- Strong experience in sourcing and product development
- Working experience in International Retailer or sizable Buying Office is highly preferable
- Strong leadership, supervisory and motivation skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure
- Fluent in written and spoken English
