Job responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day data entry;
• Performing general ledger accounting functions as assigned;
• Assist in generating weekly reports of accounts receivable and accounts payable plus bank reconciliations;
• Maintain financial information, documents, files and records for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation;
• Process financial data and prepare analysis or/and summary where needed;
• Handle petty cash and reimbursements;
• Participate in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting; and
• Assist in ad hoc projects.

Job requirements:

• University degree in accountancy, finance or related discipline;
• 1-2 years of experience accounting or Fresh graduates also welcome
• Knowledge and experience in Excel essential, SAP experience a bonus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, conversational Putonghua;
• Self-motivated and energetic;
• Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure when required;
• Suitable for a young and committed person looking for a dynamic role in a cutting edge company;
• Immediate availability preferred; and
• More experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
