Responsibilities:

• Handling accounts receivable for retail business,
• Checking data in POS system to ensure accuracy
• Reconciling monthly statements from customers to POS records,
• Support daily operation, verify and process account receivable transactions and other financial transaction
• Preparing sales analysis reports
• Involve in ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Form 5 with LCCI Higher or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Familiar with Flex or Kingdee System is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel application and good computer knowledge
• Good interpersonal skills
• Detail minded, responsible & able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
• Immediate available preferred,
• Working in Fotan, Shatin.
