Responsibilities:

• Perform various accounting duties including invoicing, debt collection and monitoring accounts receivable
• Maintain and amend the customer profiles in system
• Assist in preparation of sales report, customer aging report
• Maintain the ledger balance and accounts reconciliation
• Handle and coordinate the dispatching of statement of account, reminder letters
• Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• F.5 or above.  LCC Inter or above or related discipline
• 1 year working experience in clerical or accounting field
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and responsible with integrity
• Independent, responsible, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Fresh graduate is welcome
