Position Description

Due to our rapid business expansion, JMATEK GLT is looking to strengthen its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) process. We are looking for a Financial Analyst who is insightful and highly proficient in the preparation of financial analysis, statistical comparisons (results versus performance metrics and budget parameters) and deliver actionable information to drive business performance across the enterprise. This position will have significant exposure to senior management and will be integral to the future of JMATEK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist leadership by conducting analyses of P&L, forecasts, metrics, statistics and presentations as appropriate
• Research complex financial, accounting and marketing data to recommend opportunities to improve measurements, KPIs and identify positive outcomes
• Recommend and implement changes to improve the accuracy and impact of financial information
• Actively participate and monitor P & Ls, marketing data, customer trends and cause and effect relationships
• Assist with development of: report design (dashboards, etc…), benchmarks, questionnaires and surveys, KPIs, reports and presentations, ROI and forecasts
• Maintain processes and controls for internal and external audit
• Support the Head of Finance as the financial analyst responsible for tracking and monitoring for all Cost Centre & Business Units (BU’s) budget and expenses
• Generate ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required

Required Qualifications:

• Three to 5 years’ experience in finance and/or accounting, financial reporting or comparable role. Strong analytical skills with regard to understanding the data across various platforms.
