- Handle daily general accounting duties, data entry and filing
- Handle full set of accounts
- Handling the month end closing and bank reconciliation
- Assist in preparing accounting reports and schedules
- Coordinate accounting functions for the inter-company transactions and reconciliation
- Assist in general administrative duties
- Perform ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Diploma of above with LCCI Level II or above
- 1-2 years of accounting and administrative experience
- Knowledge of MYOB is a definite advantage
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good typing skill and knowledge of PC (including WORD, EXCEL)
- Independent with strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
