Responsibilities職位描述 :

• To handle daily Accounts Receivable
• To follow-up actively with debtors by calls or email on overdue invoices
• Monitor customers' credibility
• To perform general accounting functions, such as invoice issuing
• To prepare monthly statement, monthly aging report and credit management report
• To assist in month-end closing with regards to Accounts Receivable
• To handle daily office routine tasks and to participate in various ad-hoc projects coordination
  
  
  

Requirements職位要求:-

• F.7 or above
• Minimum 3 year experience in accounting and credit control
• Good command of spoken English is a MUST
• Independent, self-motivated, hardworking, good team work is a MUST
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Access) and good communication is a MUST
• PRC accounting experience is preferable
