Responsibilities:

• Report to CFO and oversee the whole accounting operations for securities and futures markets
• Monitor the daily funding and cash flow of the Company
• Prepare management accounts of the Company and its fellow subsidiaries
• Prepare consolidation accounts
• Liaise with accounting software company for the preparation of accounting system
• Liaise with major banks for deposit rates and other banking facilities
• Liaise with external auditors in interim / annual audit and other regulatory bodies e.g. SFC, HKFE whenever required
• Participate in the preparation and development of annual business plan and budgets
• Comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in brokerage or securities firms
• Qualified accountant
• Sound knowledge in SFC / HKFE rules and regulations
• Solid experience in securities and futures accounting and FRR is a MUST
• Responsible, hardworking, dedicated and strong market sense

  Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Manager
