Responsibilities

• Research particular auditor independence related issues and matters by using Westlaw and other electronic legal database.
• Prepare technical analysis and briefing on particular auditor independence related issues
• Draft internal guidance and other written communications for practice teams’ use
• Provide consultations to practice teams

Requirements

• Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited U.S. law school;
• Native level of Eng;ish proficiency in all aspects;
• At least 4 years of working experience in a US law firm or judicial body or large US corporation’s internal legal department is a must;
• Familiarity with U.S. securities laws and SEC regulations.
