Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts (including preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliation, receivable and payable function and month end closing);
• Maintain up-to-date data in accounting system and filing records;
• Perform cash management and daily cash flow;
• Assist in preparing management reports, account schedules and analysis reports on a timely basis;
• Liaise with internal departments, such as Credit and Collection and external auditor;
• Assist in annual audit works;
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or finance
• 1 - 2 years of accounting experience
• Experience in audit field is an advantage
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Experience in using ACC PAC
• A self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills and dedication to details
• Able to work under pressure and commit to deadlines
• Immediate available is preferable
