TTM Asia Pacific Business Unit (APBU) With corporate office in Hong Kong, APBU manages 6 manufacturing facilities in great China and 8 liaison offices across Asia. Employing more than 13,000 staff, it is the key contributors to our business and future growth in High-tech, Focused assembly & Volume production.

The incumbent belongs to the Corporate Finance function that provides finance services to APBU in Hong Kong and China.   

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in accounts reconciliations with clients including all outstanding payments follow up;
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve problematic AR accounts;
• Prepare month-end closing and assist in annual audit;
• Responsible for preparing and distributing invoices and monthly statements;
• Prepare cash flow reports and cash flow forecast;
• Perform any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Form 7 or above;
• 2-3 years of accounting experience in accounts receivable function; Candidates with less experience but good potential to develop will also be considered;
• Computer skills in Oracle Finance and other A/C system is a definite advantage;
• Proficient in using MS Office;
• Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written); and
• Immediate available is preferred, but not a must.
