Responsibilities

• Perform daily shipment and release function;
• Follow up assigned collection tasks with the customers;
• Perform daily receipts input, update and related tasks;
• Send statement of accounts to the customers on a regular basis;
• Assist on ad hoc projects assigned by the superior. 

Requirement

• Diploma or above in Accountancy or related discipline;
• Minimum 1-2 years' related experience, preferably in account receivable/credit control;
• Proficiency in MS excel, word, & MS office;
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, hardworking and proactive;
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Immediate available is preferred.
