The Job:

• Responsible for tax planning and general guidelines for the Group to minimize tax burden
• Prepare the Group’s tax returns, tax queries and other internal reporting
• Ensure tax compliance and proper execution of tax reporting issues
• Review, manage and assess transfer pricing issues and adjustments
• Work closely with the business units on tax issues
• Keep update of the changes in tax laws and regulations
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in finance, accounting or related field with professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in sizable audit firms
• Strong knowledge and experience in HK and PRC tax law, with global tax exposure is a plus
• Strong analytical abilities and communication skills
• Self-motivated and independent
• Excellent written and oral English, Putonghua and Cantonese
