• Contribute to the delivery of annual audit plan by participating in and/or leading audit assignments
• Develop clear and concise audit plans and identify key risk areas
• Provide value-added recommendations for improvement by balancing risks, controls, business and efficiency issues
• Participate in ongoing risk monitoring and audit issues tracking
• Undertake ad hoc assignments
• Promote control and risk awareness in the Group    

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Law with relevant professional qualifications
• 3 to 7 years' relevant experience in audit, compliance or risk management, preferably in banking, financial services industry or regulatory bodies
• Strong self-motivation and be able to work independently under pressure
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability
• Good communication, report writing and interpersonal skills and a strong team player
• Good command of Putonghua will be an advantage
