Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of annual audit plan by participating in and/or leading audit assignments
- Develop clear and concise audit plans and identify key risk areas
- Provide value-added recommendations for improvement by balancing risks, controls, business and efficiency issues
- Participate in ongoing risk monitoring and audit issues tracking
- Undertake ad hoc assignments
- Promote control and risk awareness in the Group
Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Law with relevant professional qualifications
- 3 to 7 years' relevant experience in audit, compliance or risk management, preferably in banking, financial services industry or regulatory bodies
- Strong self-motivation and be able to work independently under pressure
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability
- Good communication, report writing and interpersonal skills and a strong team player
- Good command of Putonghua will be an advantage
