Responsibilities              

• Oversee the billing and revenue (BNR) operations specific to the media industry
• Ensure all BNR transactions are recorded properly, accurately, timely and in compliance with SOX, client and group requirements
• Review monthly working capital analyses and BNR reports
• Prepare monthly media payment plans for cash flow forecasting
• Compile monthly and quarterly BNR forecasts and variance analyses
• Perform SOX testing on a quarterly basis
• Assist in producing client profitability and brand analyses
• Assist in developing appropriate accounting and internal control systems
• Liaise with clients, vendors, auditors, internal departments and group companies
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements  

• ACCA/HKICPA Qualified Accountant plus at least 10 years accounting experience in media and advertising industry with 5 years in supervisory role
• Proactive with excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Independent, detail-oriented, self-motivated and hard working
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office
• Immediately available
