Role responsibilities:

1. Structure and manage the finance and accounting of the Head Office in HK
- Manger full accounting principle: cash management, AR, AP, general ledger, asset management, etc.
- Managing Budgets (reporting and forecast)
- Implementing Finance Control (processes and tools) in line with the growth of the entity: monthly reporting, cost control, margin control, etc.
- Liaising with internal and external parties (banks, auditors, compliance, etc.)
- Supporting and measuring the economic performance of the business

2. Responsible for management of two account executives

3. Support the MD in their decision making for expansion projects and other ad hoc projects.

Role Requirements:

n  Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business with recognized accounting qualification preferred

n  Minimum 5 - 8 years relevant experience in a managerial role

n  Knowledge of MYOB Software

n  Strong business analytical skills with the ability to provide consultative recommendations

n  Strong attention to detail with presentation skills

n  Ability to communicate, both written and spoken, in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

n  Previous experience in SME’S is a must

n  Experience in similar role in the industry is beneficial

n  Good communication and interpersonal skill
