Summary of the Position
Evaluate, develop and coordinate adequate internal accounting controls among Alliance Boots Sourcing Asia, analyze and verify financial information with the objective of ensuring proper advice and effective support to business activities and decision making within the generally accepted accounting principles and accounting standards and group requirements.

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities

• Improve/enhance area of internal control and ensure financial integrity of the operation and appropriate financial controls are in place and an accurate and consistent basis in line with group accounting policy and procedures and local requirements.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual financial & management reports.  Improve current reports or develop new reports to cope with new and quick business changes.
• Support month-end/year-end closing review process and take appropriate follow up actions.  Ensure that all accounting, financial and commercial operating policies and procedures of the company are adhered.
• Perform finance check for suppliers/vendors and coordinate with all stakeholders to take appropriate follow up actions.
• Assist the Budget and Forecast consolidation and prepare value added analysis.
• Participate in the new entity setup and system implementation.
• Support on any ad-hoc analysis/project as assigned.

Education and Qualifications

• University degree holder and/or Qualified Accountant

Job Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years in auditing, please 2-3 hands experience in management reporting.

Knowledge and Skills

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in using Excel, Word and Power-point
• Experience in using computerized accounting system
• Good analytical skill and financial accounting and management reporting
• Data management/organizational skills
• Internal Control and governance is a plus
