Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting duties, including data entries, issuing invoices and filing
- Process and recording AP and expense reimbursement transactions
- Assist in preparing monthly reports
- Assist in administrative and receptionist duty, including answering calls, handling courier/mail
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- F. 5 or above with LCCI second level
- 1 - 2 years relevant experience
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Polite, detail minded with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication in both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge in accounting softwares, e.g.Peachtree will be an advantage
- Immediately available is preferred
