Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting functions including data input, A/R, A/P, and vouchers
• Prepare billing and payments
• Handle bank reconciliation and expenses reimbursements
• Handle general clerical works and maintain good filing system
• Perform ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements

• Secondary education or above and at least LCC 2^nd Level
• At least 1 year experience in accounting, preferably in aviation sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experienced in Flex system and MYOB accounting software is definitely an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Attentive to details and self-motivated with high sense of responsibility
• Independent, matured and well organized with good interpersonal skills
• Immediate available or short notice is an advantage
