Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting functions – A/R and A/P, invoice, receipt and payments, vouchers
• Bank reconciliation
• Assist in preparation of monthly management reports, forecast and budget
• Assist in the preparation of information required by external auditors
• Cash flow management and forecasting
• Perform as hoc assignment as required

Requirements

• LCC Higher / Diploma or above in Accountancy or related discipline or equivalent
• At least 4 years’ relevant working experience in accounting field, preferably in aviation sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experienced in Flex system and MYOB accounting software is definitely an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Self-motivated, hardworking, responsible and pleasant with good interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and overtime if necessary
• Available immediately is an advantage
