Responsibilities :

• Perform daily accounting operation in Accounts Payable and Monthly Reconciliation
• Liaise with various parties to facilitate daily accounting operations and relevant follow-up
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial close
• Prepare periodic sales reports and KPI reports for management review
• Participate in preparing cash flow forecasts and financial analysis reports
• Provide support for annual audit by preparing requested documents
• Assist Supervisor to perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as required
• Candidate with lesser experience may be considered for Assistant Accountant

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Accountancy or above
• At least 4 years accounting experience in MNC, preferably in Retail industry
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word and familiar with computerized accounting system
• Highly accurate, attention to details, and meet tight deadlines
• Fast learner, able to work independently and under pressure
• Self-motivated, positive work attitude and willing to work overtime
• IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE is highly preferable
