Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts
• Be responsible for rental billing and maintenance of tenancy records
• Be responsible for cashier operation of the Group
• Assist in preparing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end reports
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Department
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

 Requirements:

• University graduate with business administration/accounting related degree will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Asia Tech Renting System, Flex Accounts and Kingdee EAS Financial System will be an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years commercial experience in particular the real estate industry is preferred
• Strong sense of responsiblities, organised, self-motived, willing to learn and be a team player
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
